Program crashes when I try to initiate a new Matlab dll class in C#

I followed the step according to http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/uploaded_files/31889/MATLAB%20-%20C.pdf and create my Matlab dll for C#. However, when the program runs to initiating new class, the program crashes with error message "[PROJ NAME] has stopped working." There aren't any other error message that I can google for.

I am also facing the same issue @ Will were you able to get around this .

Unfortunately not. I eventually use OpenCV's functions to replace function needed in Matlab
