Why I got this error "An unexpected exception was encountered" when I am trying to send a problem to the support in support request option?

I am trying to send a problem to the support center in Matlab 2015b using support request option in the matlab I got this error when I submit the question to them "An unexpected exception was encountered" how can I solve this problem ?
