We are seeking an experienced sourcing lead to join our recruiting team to help establish our talent sourcing function with the goal of increasing key talent pipelines through innovative research techniques and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies in key business areas to fill open requisitions and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Drive innovation by improving our sourcing tools, methodologies, and metrics reporting.
  • Achieve key performance indicators to demonstrate sourcing effectiveness and impact.
  • Develop and formalize sourcing best practices around use of and interaction on various platforms for sourcing outreach and engagement.
  • Provide guidance on talent sourcing practices, methods, and tools to less experienced team members.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • 3+ years demonstrated sourcing experience in a team setting
  • 7+ years in a recruiting or sourcing capacity in agency or corporate setting
  • Expertise leveraging common recruiting systems (ATS, HRIS, CRM, etc.)
