What You’ll Do

  • Lead consultative sales efforts to define future strategy and strengthen our product positioning.
  • Understand and document customer journeys, long-term goals, and technical roadmaps.
  • Align customer strategies with our software platforms, services, and technical solutions.
  • Build strong executive relationships and identify opportunities for impactful technical engagements.

Responsibilities

Customer Success Management

  • Build strong relationships with senior technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic account plans with shared goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead governance processes to align efforts and boost R&D performance.
  • Act as the go-to expert for strategic and operational topics, connecting customer needs with MathWorks capabilities.

Accelerate Software Development

  • Spot high-impact R&D opportunities early and engage our tech experts to secure design wins.
  • Promote technologies like AI, Cloud, and Model-Based Design to enhance customer innovation.
  • Drive training and consulting services to maximize ROI and exceed growth targets.

Contract & Relationship Management

  • Facilitate contract negotiations in collaboration with Engineering and Procurement department
  • Coordinate back-office operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain strong ties with customer IT and procurement teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the Netherlands.

Additional Qualifications

  • Based in the Eindhoven region, Netherlands, with proven success in team-based selling of complex technical software to international high-tech clients.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and fluent in English (C1 level); Dutch language and technical background are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Holds an M.Sc. or B.Sc. in engineering, science, economics, business, or commerce.
  • Understanding of semiconductor equipment industries and experience managing deep technical R&D projects is a plus.
