As an EDG manager, you’ll help early-career engineers in identifying career goals and building technical and leadership skills that complement their strong academic background. You’ll also drive the program’s strategy and scale it up.

What You’ll Do

Hire and lead a high-performing team of engineers and computer scientists.

Invest in the career growth of team members through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.

Lead the team to provide high-quality product support to help build product and workflow expertise.

Jump in, roll up your sleeves, and take the lead to improve processes.

Foster a culture of collaboration and leadership.
