Problems on building demo library

I'm trying to build a demo from xpclib called xpcserialbaseboardasciisplit.mdl, but when I do it it sends a message of error and in the command windows appears the following set of messages: Does someone know what really is, is there a Windows problem? I'm using a 7 professional edition 64 bits. I don't know whether there is an incompatibility with c compiler c30 that I use to generate C code for a dsPIC controller that I use.
