How to curve fit using the AVRAMI equation as custom equation (Sigmoidal curve)

Am trying to use the AVRAMI equation as custom equation to fit in my data. Tried the curve fitting tool, but can't get the SIGMOIDAL shape. See attachment
NB, Xa2 and t2 on the tabel represent Xa and t respectively on Fig. 7. t0.5 is a constant
