How to find copy paste(tempered) area in document image ?

I ma trying to catch the copy paste(tempered) area in document image. Example-Invoices. Please give an ideas to resolves this issue.

I'm not sure what part of the image you're trying to find. I don't know what you mean by "the copy paste(tempered) area". Is it the gray area? If so, will it be presented similarly in other documents?

Are you just trying to extract the region once you've found it, or are you trying to insert something in its place?

In that image copy paste area is there at S. No 2 right side area "Normal in size and measures 5mm. No calculi seen". It is copy pasted from other document image. so i want to extract this region once it is found.
