How can I create a deploy able standalone executable from a MATLAB Gui and simulink model

hi
I've created an gui file that calls a Simulink model and change parameter, but i cant create deploy able app from this files, because i used set_param command to change simulink block parameters and its doesnt work in deploytool app.
How can I create a deploy able standalone executable from a MATLAB Gui and simulink model with update simulink block parameters?
