How can I implement the current chopping in air blast circuit breaker in Simulink?

Hello,
Currently I am taking "Switchgear & Protection" course in my university. I would like to visualise students with the current chopping phenomena in air blast circuit breaker. Can I do it in simulink? Can anyone share the methods?
