There are a few different ways and builtin functions by which your 2nd order BC ODE exercise, e.g.: bvp4c, bvp5c, deval.

Answers is not a service where we do your homework assignments. However, you have now gotten an answer, so I'll point out that you CAN first, write down the finite difference approximations for each derivative. Then the problem becomes one of solving the nonlinear system of equations in the unknown values of the function at each point.
