UDP packet reception from local port

Hello I am running an algorithm which take inputs from a local port. The input is send through ethernet and it is sending as UDP packets. I have used udp.receiver function of dsp system toolbox to receive the packets.Evenif I coukd monitor packets in Wireshark, I am not able to receive data in matlab.Could you support on this? What is minimum inputs that I should give in udp.receiver?
