Why does the context menu of app designer get stuck at runtime

Make sure that your Runtime is as updated as the Matlab that you use to generate the standalone version of your app.

You can't have something like this: Runtime R2021b Update1 (to run your standalone apps) and Matlab R2021b Update3 (to compiler your app).

Thank you for your comment.This problem is encountered in the APP debugging interface. It should not involve the issue of the compiled version.

It sounds familiar... it could be caused by a non-updated video driver. Did you try to update the OS of your computer (it's super critical if you are using Windows 10) and the video driver?
