Why does the Product Authorizer not launch after installing MATLAB R2023a on Windows? Neither the desktop shortcut nor the start menu shortcut launch the activation client.

If the shortcuts to the Product Authorizer are not working, you can launch the Activation Client manually. With the default installation location, you can find it in the path below.

C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2023a\bin\win64\activate_matlab.exe
