Boundary Conditions for Schroedinger Equation in pdeModeler

Hello all! I am trying to plot the solutions of the Schroedinger equation for a finite potential well on pdeModeler using eigenmodes type PDE. But I am unable to impose the continuity of u and grad u on the two boundaries of the well. What are the steps to be followed, could anyone please help me out?
