Simulink can't simulation with three Carsim(2019) car

I use Carsim2019 create two car Send to Simulink is workd, but can't simulation when i create three carsim car.

My primary recommendation for issues with 3rd party products is to check the compatibilty first. In my experience, this causes 50% of the issues. Do you have a webpage for "Carsim 2019" that shows which MATLAB releases are compatible? What is your MATLAB release?

Thanks to your answer！ My MATLAB release is 2023a. Carsim2019 is support to MATLAB2023a，and when i used Carsim2019 to create two car send to Simulink is workd.

I have checked from other places that Carsim2016 supports the co-simulation of 3 vehicles and MATLAB, but I still do not understand why Carsim2019 does not support it.
