how to determine what should be the inital rpm and inertia for a simscape engine.

Engine is the part of a hydraulic hybrid system. I have seen in simscape engine demo models that changing the initial rpm results in the error that engine has exceeded it's max speed even if I decrease the initial rpm. So how to determine the initial rpm at which my models engine will run without this error?
