Is there a way of making the 'Simulation Diagnostics Viewer' appear during every build of the model

This only appears on the first build of the model after say you've made a change if the model then builds without errors this pane never appears even though there could still be warnings.

Is there a setting anywhere to make this pane appear after every build. I'm currently using 2012B at the moment due to legacy issues.
