Having problem in classification of power quality disturbances through nn tool

I am confused in the basic concept i.e. what to choose as an input values and what to choose as a target value, for eg in workspace i get matrix name simout which shows the results of voltage sag which is of 3401x1 and the tout which is of 1000x1
