How to select data points in GUI and save it with some score

Hi I have a GUI as shown in the figure. I need curser to select multiple points over the image and for each point I need to append some score. Let's say point 1 with 3 and 2 with 5. I added the curser tool but how to extarct and link the score with that point. I will appreciate your help. Thank you

I recommend using an ButtonPressFcn callback attached to the image object. The callback would do something like get the CurrentPoint of the axes for the location, and pop up a window that allowed you to input the score.

Thank for your reply. I tried to serach about the ButtonPressFcn but couldn't understand well. Please find attached image. By using cursor I can point out the point in space but need to right click again export. So lot of click are there. Is it possible just by clicking the cursor I can get popup window and I can insert score and it will automatically save score and position of click. There might be simple solution to it. Thanks
