can i multiply ellipse for my region of interest in detecting fruits image

sorry to be a bother..i'm new and a bit dorky bout this image processing app
how do i multiply an ellipse of ROI in my fruits images to detect one or more fruits without using numbers of mask (only one mask). if i want the fruits to be automatically detected in an ellipse how can i do that? _MALAYSIA
