You can check out "IntuiLink" software, it may be helpful. I don't think it integrates directly with MATLAB, but has some automated data-to-PC functionality. You may also want to look at our new low cost oscilloscope, the 1000 X-Series here.
It's a great cheap oscilloscope, and you can connect it up to BenchVue for PC control, etc.
