How can I introduce a hysteresis curve in my simulink model?

Hi all,

I want to introduce a special hysteresis curve in my Simulink model, see the hysteresis curve picture:

. For the moment I just introduced the red curve with the 1-D Look-up table,see my model picture:

I have an engagement in term of the temperature. I wanted to know if it is possible..
