Hi all, I'm currently having problems in modeling a fuel cell vehicle in Simulink. I have some basic parameters of the fuel cell, motors and vehicle but implementing them in the Simscape block is a headache for me.
I have done the DC/DC Conversion side but having problem with the mechanical body part where it calculates the wheel torque and vehicle speed.
I have attached a Model I have done so far but not sure if I'm using that correctly.
Some basic parameters of the vehicle:
Vehicle Weight: 170kg
Wheel Radius: 0.21m
Gear Ratio for Transmission: 1:7.5
DC Motor Speed Constant: 248 rpm/V
DC Motor Torque Constant: 38.5 mNm/A
Nominal Voltage/Current: 24V,10.8A
Rotor intertia: 536gcm^2

Oscillatory behavior of motor is due to the dynamics of fuel cycle and boost converter.
