IN SIMULINK, if I have a datasheet of a DC motor, how can I tune the characteristics in a simulation, like field resistance and inductance, because I have no idea what values to put?

How to find all the parameters of a DC drive block, for now I have learned all types of motors, but there are many things that i need to fill in and I don't know the answer yet how to do it

is there any explanation how software engineers at matlab constructed this function block? I know how most of the motors function in general, but still I don't quite understand some steps of modelisation in the mask of a block. I think I need to to diable the link and change the inside.

You can use Preset model in the Configuration tab. The presetet model provides a set of predetermined electrical and mechanical parameters for various DC machine ratings of power (HP), DC voltage (V), rated speed (rpm), and field voltage (V).
