Saying that, the likelyhood that somebody is willing to spend enough time to understand the algorithm in the paper is still extremely low (as explained in your previous, now deleted, question). You'd have more chance of help if you explained the algorithm in your question, bearing in mind that we do not work in your field. I, for example, don't even understand the first sentence of the algorithm: Input: An episode information system.
The fact that a majority of the lines in your screenshot don't make sense or are not even valid matlab syntax also make it unlikely that people even understand what you're trying to do.
