How to use Simscape to create a 'mass spring model' as shown in diagram?

Dear all,
I'm a new Simscape user and I'm trying to model a 'mass spring model' as shown in attached figure. Does anyone know how to define the left/right side wall? Can I still use 'Mechanical Translational reference' ?
