How can I measure the time taken by the code has written inside the S-Function block in Matlab Simulink?

Hi guys, My Matlab Simulink is too slow. So, to solve this problem, I need to know which part is taken a long time during the execution time. I wrote the code below inside the S-Function block in Matlab Simulink as presented in Figures.
How can I measure the time taken by it comparing with total Matlab Simulink execution time?
Please note that the S-Function block maybe will be applied more than 1000 times, so I can't apply "tic-toc"
thank you in advance
