How could I change the Linewidth of XTick or YTick without changing the Box or Edge lineWidth?

I want to change the linewidth of XTick and YTick of the plot, so that I can see the difference between box or edge line and XTick or YTick.

You have to dig through the undocumented properties, but its possible

ax.XAxis.MajorTickChild.LineWidth = 2

Apparently this is no longer and option in MATLAB 2020a. Cannot understand why I have control of minor tick widths, but not major ticks except as a global change to the linewidth of the plot, which affects the box.
