Cant start in external mode with Arduino Mega 2560

I try to run my Simulation on my Arduino in external mode. In normal mode it starts properly. My Plan is to control the Simulation over an GUI in that i want to
show some real-time data and adjust some settings in the Model.
I get an error that i had to put in a textfile. It is about 150k char's long.
