unable to upload files in file exchange

I am unable to publish files in File Exchange. The publish action takes too long and does not terminate. Please resolve this issue.

This is not a question about MATLAB, just a temporary problem with the website. They may probably be doing site maintenance. Anyway, Answers is not the place to post your problem. Either wait until Monday so the site manager can resolve the problem, or, wait until they are done doing site maint, which will probably happen before Monday.

Oh, I did not intend to say it was inappropriate, merely that it would not reach the person who might be able to fix the problem, IF this is a site problem.

Apologies for the File Exchange trouble. Could you please let me know which web browser and operating system you're using? Also, is this a new entry or an update to an existing one?

If you happen to be using Firefox, is content blocking enabled (content blocking is a relatively new Firefox feature)?

The "publish" button issue with Firefox should be fixed now. You should be able to use Firefox to publish in the File Exchange.

The problem exists for at least 2 weeks now, see https://mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/447952-update-of-fileexchange-submissions . It does not work in Firefox and Internet Explorer, but works in Edge. I did not test Chrome or Safari.

It would be useful, if MathWorks posts a small hint in the interface until the problem is solved.
