How to find in powertrain blockset the PI parameters

Hi,
I am trying to do some simulations here with the Matlab Exaples. I am trying the simulaiton with matlab examples and one model that i edited and I am having some problem to determine the parameters from the Longitudinal Driver Model like Vnom, Kp and Ki.
I am trying to run de NEDC cycle. But the problem is that the vehicle doesn't follow so good the NEDC cycle. Sometimes the speed that should be constant, is like a sin wave. So this is like if you were giving gas 0% than 100%, than 0% and so on. So the engine torque looks like that also. But the problem is that at the end of the simulation, the engine torque is linear, it is not a wave or something like that.
I tried already more then 18 hours running the parameter estimation. I tried on with Vnom, Kp, Ki. But always at the end the results seems the same. My question is if someone know what I can do or if someone also has this problem. I need those values to validade with a real car.
(the Simulation. You can see that there is a thick line on constant speeds)
^ Is a zom on the first trapezium in the simulation. The torque also looks like that.
This is the 400 last seconds of simulation. And here it looks good. Both pics down are a zoom that I did.
I hope that you guys undersand my question and someone can help me. I am trying this more than a week. I tried also to take this Driver model and put a Discrete PID Controler.
Thank you guys very much
Cheers,
Nicolas
