Integrating AUTOSAR Generated code into my Build Environment

I would like to use my AUTOSAR Authoring tool to generate the the Implementation Templates and Contract phase headers.
How is it intended from the workflow that is suggested in the webinars to integrate a Simulink compliant model code into the generated code from the Authjoring tool?
