find the peaks in the fourier transform of an image

Hello everyone,

I have a question about the fft of an image,

How can I find the locations of the fourier components found in the fft result of the image shown in the figure.

The fourier components are indicated by arrows 1-2-3.I want to find the coordinate and value of these dominant components.
