I have created my account but I can’t get my license and activation key. How do I get them?

If you purchased MATLAB from the online store, I believe you should have received an email with instructions on how to download and install. If you haven't received that email after a reasonable amount of time (a couple minutes to an hour) you could contact Customer Service using the telephone icon in the upper-right corner of this page.

If you're installing MATLAB using your company's or school's license, you should probably contact the IT staff for help accessing that license. If you and the IT staff can't get it to work, then contact Technical Support using the telephone icon.
