Does MATLAB Fuzzy Logic Toolbox contain preset training data size?

Good day everyone.
May I ask about the training data size of the MATLAB Fuzzy Logic Toolbox? As far as I know, fuzzy logic does not learn the knowledge components because it is preset by the threshold and ranges by the user.
