matlab 인스톨 에러 (WinZip Self -Extractor)

인스톨 파일 누르면 나오는
WinZip Self -Extractor 창에서 설치 로딩이 다 끝난후,
Error 5 running command .\bin\win64setup.exe
라고 에러창이 나오고 설치가 안됩니다. 어떻게 해결해야 되나요?
