I want to write a MATLAB script to simulate the sound of dialling any telephone number, say, for example, 051-111-532-532. every number is a sum of two sine waves like
1 = 697 Hz + 1,209 Hz
2 = 697 Hz + 1,336 Hz
3 = 697 Hz + 1,477 Hz etc
i also want to Save that sound as a wave file.
help please!

If you just need a function that can play that sound, Cleve Moler's Numerical Computing with MATLAB toolbox (available from the book's page on mathworks.com) contains a function touchtone to do that.
If you need to write it yourself (because it's part or all of a homework assignment, for example) show us the code you've written to try to solve the problem and ask a specific question about where you're having difficulty and we may be able to provide some guidance.
If you aren't sure where to start because you're not familiar with how to write MATLAB code, I suggest you start with the MATLAB Onramp tutorial (https://www.mathworks.com/support/learn-with-matlab-tutorials.html) to quickly learn the essentials of MATLAB.
If you aren't sure where to start because you're not familiar with the mathematics you'll need to solve the problem, I recommend asking your professor and/or teaching assistant for help.
