SCHEDULE AUTOMATIC RUN OF A PROGRAM

Hi, this is very challenging for me so I would appreciate your help.
I have to OPEN a program at specific hours of the day and click an specific button in the program. I have to do this hundreds of times. How can I make it automatically using matlab?
