Plot trajectories of coupled oscillators

Dear all. The problem is given by the attachments. I am studying coupled oscillator, l do not know what code to use in order to simulate the trajectories as shown in the figure2. Could you show me how l can produce the same plot as shown in the figure 2 in the CAPTURE 3? What command should l use? Thank you for your help!
