[ERROR] Index exceeds array dimensions. Index value 0 exceeds valid range [1-8] of array states. How to correct the code and solve this problem?

I'm doing model predictive control in simulink, while running I'm getting [ERROR] Index exceeds array dimensions. Index value 0 exceeds valid range [1-8] of array states. How to solve this problem ? or why this error occurs ?
