Is Simscape available with student/campus license?

Is simscape available for student or entire campus license. I cannot find simscape in the simulink library. Just to make sure if it is available or not. Thank you.

Looking at the online store (by clicking the "Buy Now" button on this page) I see that Simscape is listed as an available add-on.
