I have two arrays AA, BB of size 17266 x 1. How to perform the cross product of both. I used cross (AA,BB), but it shoots "A and B must be of length 3 in the dimension in which the cross product is taken"
There is no such thing as a cross-product between vectors that are not length 3. If you are working with some N-dimensional generalization of the term "cross-product", you must explain the terminology to us, because it is not standard.
