Fourier for spacial distribution of field

Hi everyone! So, I have an electric motor of which I need to evaluate the spatial distribution of Induction Field (B) in its airgap. I have extracted a 2x361 matrix containing the angles from 0° to 360° in the first raw and the corresponding value o B in the second one.
Once plotted, I obtain the spatial distribution of B that I need. Now though, I need to extract the fundamental sinusoid but I am having some trouble applying Fourier with the software. Can anyone help me?
The waveform is periodic with a 360° period, I leave here the plot for context (i'm going to take more samples in the final version).

Hi
Can you demonstrate the error you are facing while applying Fourier to the matrix?
Also you can refer the documentation https://www.mathworks.com/help/signal/ref/seqperiod.html to extract the period from any sequence.
