I want to obtained Inverse of higher order (6X6) matrix via matlab
Matrix Like This
Is it possible to obtained inverse of this matrix from Matlab?

You need symbolic toolbox for that. For example
A = randi(10, 6);
syms S
H = S.*eye(6)-A;
H_inv = inv(H)
