Can I delete the file mw_4a_config.bin from the licenses folder?

I have a file "mw_4a_config.bin" in the licenses folder in some installations of MatLab. It doesn't seem to be a licence file, so can I delete it?

The implication of https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/367213-why-do-i-get-the-error-something-unexpected-occurred-after-entering-my-credentials-to-start-matlab#answer_291295 would seem to be that you can get rid of it, but that it might be regenerated.

I was not able to figure out what role it has, but the above implies it has some role!
