Hi I have the same problem but on Matlab 2015a with win64, can someone help??
The call to realtime_make_rtw_hook, during the after_make hook generated the following error: The specified file "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\MATLAB Production Server\R2015a\toolbox\physmod\mech\lib\win64\mech" does not exist on the path.
The build process will terminate as a result.
The specified file "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\MATLAB Production Server\R2015a\toolbox\physmod\mech\lib\win64\mech" does not exist on the path.

I have exactly the same problem. But it seems that we are alone in this world, so sad.
