Is it possible to change the App designer UITable colour scheme

32 views (last 30 days)
Hi,
I'm trying to reduce the brightness of the App Designer app I have. However I am finding it difficult to change some of the color properties of the UITable and the default background color of UIAxes components.
For the UITable I can change the color of the cells, but not the empty spaces (white) and the row and column headers + slider (all light gray).
Same for the slider on ListBoxes (gray), and the default background color on UIAxes (white).
Is it possible to change these colors? I need to reduce the light output from a monitor the App is running on. I'm using release 2020a.
Hope you can help.

You can change the background colour using the following command:
app.editFieldName.BackgroundColor = colorVal;
as for ListBox you can only control the appearance and behaviour of the properties mentioned here.

You can try to use HTML in the columnname parameter to change the colours in the headers
columnname = {'<FONT color="green">Rate</BODY>', ....}
if by sliders you mean the scroll bar, I don't think there is a direct way to customize them as of now.
