how to broadcast beacon message in wireless sensor network?

I'm working on WSN and there are 3 anchor nodes will broadcast beacon message {anchor_x,anchor_y,T,ID}

where anchor_x is the current x axis and anchor_y is the current y axis and T denotes the sending time and the ID represnt the identification number of beacon message.

so how can i write it.
