Selective decolorization of Image
Version 1.0.0 (1.69 KB) by
Surendar Raj
Selectively decolorized the non-important parts of a colored image, preserving only the color of the contents of the object of interest.
The code implements spatial filtering and color processing to selectively decolor non important part of an image and preserving only the color of the contents of the object of interest. The user can manually select the Region Of Interest (ROI) and set a decoloration factor to be implemented on the image.
For a decolor factor '0' ,the non ROI part is of original color while for the decolor factor '1' the non ROI part is completely decolored and for the range of 0.1 to 0.9 the non ROI part gradually decolorize.
The code only works for colored images and not for grayscale or BW images.
